Return Policy

For orders within the European Union (EU)

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it,

  • unworn or unused,

  • with all original tags attached,

  • and in the original packaging.
    You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
The refund amount equals the original purchase price minus the return shipping cost.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.



For orders outside the European Union (Non-EU countries)

For orders shipped to addresses outside the European Union, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a right of withdrawal or return for non-EU orders.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@flea-lab.com
We will review the issue and may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund in exceptional cases.



Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (if eligible under the EU policy) and make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
