Shipping Terms and Conditions
These shipping terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by both consumers and business customers within the meaning of Austrian and European law.
1. Shipping Provider
Shipping is carried out exclusively by Österreichische Post AG via the Post-Labelcenter (PLC).
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Due to the current political and logistical situation, we are unable to ship to the United States of America (USA) and to any destinations subject to export restrictions or sanctions.
4. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
Shipping occurs after the shipping label has been created and printed, and after the daily closing at the Post-Labelcenter.
Customers will receive tracking information by email once the parcel has been shipped.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed exclusive of VAT.
All prices are stated in euros (€).
Shipping prices may vary depending on the destination, parcel weight, and selected service.

6. Taxes, Customs Duties, and Import Charges
For deliveries within the European Union (EU), prices include Austrian VAT unless otherwise stated.
For deliveries outside the European Union, goods are supplied without Austrian VAT (0%).
Please note that import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges may apply upon importation into the destination country.
These additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the local customs authorities.
We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance.
7. Shipment Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Shipment tracking is provided via the Österreichische Post portal:

8. Delivery Issues
If the delivery address is incorrect, if the parcel is refused by the recipient, or if the parcel is not collected within the designated time, it may be returned to us.
In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the return shipping costs and any additional handling fees incurred.
Delivery to German Packstations is possible, provided that the full and correct address (including DHL customer number and Packstation number) is entered.
