Shipping Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 August 2026

These Shipping Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the FleaLab GmbH online store.

1. Shipping

We ship orders within the European Union using our fulfillment partner and its contracted shipping carriers.

For shipments within Europe, we generally use GLS. Shipments within the Netherlands may be handled by DPD.

For shipments outside the European Union, we use DHL Express.

The applicable shipping fee for your order is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination, shipping service and other applicable factors.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may be displayed at checkout or on our website. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, peak periods or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For international shipments outside the European Union, customs clearance may result in additional delays.

3. Orders Outside the European Union

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

FleaLab GmbH does not control the amount or timing of such charges and cannot guarantee whether or to what extent they will be imposed.

The customer is responsible for complying with all import requirements applicable in their country and for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes and other import-related charges.

4. Customs Clearance

For shipments outside the European Union, customs documentation may be required.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery and contact information and, where required, cooperating with the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges or the return of the shipment.

5. Undeliverable Shipments

A shipment may be considered undeliverable if, for example:

  • the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete;
  • the recipient refuses the shipment;
  • applicable customs duties, taxes or other charges are not paid;
  • the shipment is not collected from the relevant carrier or collection point; or
  • the customer otherwise causes the shipment to be returned.

Where a shipment is returned to us due to circumstances attributable to the customer, any additional costs incurred as a result may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our fulfillment provider may charge return transportation costs for undeliverable parcels.

6. Returns within the European Union

Customers within the European Union retain all mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within the applicable statutory period without giving a reason.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by applicable law and where the customer has been informed of this obligation before placing the order.

Nothing in these Shipping Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

7. Returns from Outside the European Union

We currently do not offer a standard voluntary return service for orders delivered outside the European Union.

Customers ordering from outside the European Union should therefore make sure that they select the correct product and size before completing their purchase.

This restriction does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that may apply to the customer under applicable law, including rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Where a return is legally required, we will provide the customer with the applicable return instructions.

8. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the product and packaging.

Your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected by these Shipping Terms & Conditions.

Where FleaLab GmbH is legally responsible for a return, replacement or other remedy, we will provide appropriate instructions and bear the applicable costs to the extent required by law.

9. Additional Carrier Charges

The shipping fee displayed at checkout covers the standard shipping service applicable to the selected destination.

Additional carrier charges may arise in exceptional circumstances, including customs clearance, remote-area delivery, address corrections or other carrier-imposed surcharges.

Where such costs arise due to circumstances attributable to the customer, they may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Shipping availability may vary by destination. We reserve the right not to ship to certain locations where delivery is unavailable, restricted or impractical.

If a destination cannot be served, this will be indicated at checkout where possible.

11. Changes to Shipping Terms

We reserve the right to update these Shipping Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example where our fulfillment or shipping arrangements change.

The version applicable at the time of placing an order shall apply to that order.
